Hi All,
 
Hope you can help me clearing up a question of target badge placement in Scouts. 
 
When a Scout goes up a level for example, from Pioneer to Explorer and obtains their campcraft and citizenship, should that replace their Pioneer campcraft and citizenship on their shirt or should the red badges remain with the blue placed above?
 
Also what happens to the elective lower level do they stay on the sleeve till another is earned?
 
Can someone please enlighten me?
 
With something visual would be even better.

The following Program is a fun night exploring Science and Flight. Although not directly related to Flight and Science Badges it is in the spirit of them. The boomerang you can discuss the way a wing works and how an aircraft can use its Ailerons to turn.
The helicopter can be used to describe effect of air on falling objects.
The Hover Copters is about hot air rising.

This program is to earn a Codes & Signals Green level badge. Hopefully makes cubs aware of some of the things going on around them as signals and some codes.
