Hi, I'm working with some other leaders to raise a new Scout Group (Joeys, Cubs and Scouts) and was after a copy a Group's equipment list that their Quartermaster might have. Our objective is to stand on the shoulders of those who have gone before us. That is, I'm lazy. I see a lot of stores lists for Troop Camps etc on the web, which is a good start, but we are starting from scratch and need everything. Any help appreciated.

This attached file is an xls spreed sheet for keeping track of information about Cubs, there badge work, term Role, yearly planer and more.
If you wish to modify it the pass word is scouts

I have been playing around with Idea of making online database for cub records, events and so on that you can maintain your section online with. Providing reports like attendance, badges and so on.

Would you guys be interested if I was to put something like that up on here?

This sounds like an amazing file, Baloo. And as a new group leader, I would love to have a copy of it. I've tried to download and open it, but can't. Would you be able to email it to me directly? The best address would be sendthemovie [at] yahoo com au (put the dots in yourself please).

By the way, I loved somebody's previous comment about "standing on the shoulders of others; ie being lazy!" Made me laugh. Thanks!

We are in the process of rebuilding our group after a long period of neglect. We had one leader in the Group who tried very hard to do it all. If it weren't for her our Group would have closed.

Unfortunately our inventory is in the process of being updated. When it is complete I would gladly give you a copy.
